Intuitive foraging and Clay Healing
(Workshop)
Participants will be guided through the meditative process of foraging through nature and clay moulding. The workshop fosters mindfulness and allows the individual to connect with their body through the movement and sensations invoked.
This workshop is ideal for participants who would like to practice mindfulness in their daily life, foster and strengthen their sense of creativity, as well as inculcate feelings of safety and groundedness.
Please note that this workshop does not focus on teaching how to create specific tangible objects such as pots, and is focused more towards fostering mindfulness through organic movements and forms.
Mud Painting
(Workshop)
Participants will be guided through the process of creating paint with natural earth materials like soil, sand and mud. They will then be taken through the process of painting on a wall/canvas with the paint they have created.
This workshop facilitates the reflection of using natural materials in unique ways and touches on sustainability. It is ideal for participants who are looking to strengthen their connection with nature and their sense of self my exploring themes of change and impermanence.
